In a February 2011 Longboat Key condominium update, there were over 400 Longboat Key condos for sale listed in the Sarasota MLS. Currently the inventory of condos for sale on Longboat Key including villas and town houses is 322 and prices now range from $94,987 for a one bedroom, one bath condo at Windway Bay to $5,000,000 for a new construction at Bleu Claire. The lowest priced condo in February 2011 was $70,000.  There are 52 condos under contract on Longboat Key and 174 condos have sold in the last six months.
