Today is a catch-up day after showing Sarasota FL real estate to customers from Michigan from Thursday through Saturday. We've looked from Anna Maria Island to Lido Beach and on to Siesta Key. They are interested in a Sarasota condo or house that they can use themselves and also rent out. During their search they were a little disappointed to see that properties from a previous visit were under contract or sold. Inventory is still way up and the selection of Sarasota real estate is still wonderful if you are looking to buy and rent too. Be sure to have your agent check for rental minimum time periods and how often you can rent the unit in a year.
